Dear Friends,
My professional experiences enlightened my enthusiasm for life.
God gave me a treasure, the ability to express myself through art.
I feel obliged to share that fortune with others. Through the years
I was glad to receive support from diverse institutions as well as individual people. They helped me to realize my artistic dreams.

Today, I establish the O!award to promote young talents devoted
to the art of theatre. On stage, we have the privilege to play with
the philosophy of life. We can play with it as innocent children.
However, I believe that theatre is not only about entertainment;
it also gives us a unique opportunity for spiritual growth. We can
rehearse in a safe, pleasant environment as we examine our mistakes
and their consequences. With each show we mature and become prepared to take more responsibility in life. I hope that my award
will help to reveal a challenging mission to promote good human
values through the art.

Benefit

A final candidate will receive a grant to the educational institution
in Great Britain or the United States to develop international artistic
skills. The grant includes: transportation, accommodation, and tuition
for the period of one month.

Requirements
Candidate will be expected to prove a strong profile of research and creative activity through their work. An actor, director, designer, as
well as any other theatre artist should be determined by the original
idea, with emphasis in multi-cultural theatre. MA, MFA, PhD, or
equivalent professional experience required. Send curriculum vitae,
